A combination yoga class with a group run! Doing yoga before running is one of the best ways to stay injury free, get stronger and make your run more enjoyable. Join Johanna for a fun, efficient, rigorous sequence of poses that prepare your body for a run by loosening key muscles that are often tight and strengthening those that encourage balance. The class will be followed by a group run around Colonial Lake.
About Johanna. You may know Johanna from her Friday Community "Mommy & Me" class...but as an active mom, Johanna also finds time for herself combining running and yoga for true stress relief from a hectic home life! Johanna is a 200-hour Certified instructor, and also a trained womenRYSE running instructor and loves combining these 2 passions for her students.
Cost: $20 per student (drop-in) **OR** Monthly Class Pass accepted!
